We are moving our Practice to an even better facility to give our patients the absolute best experience. The other great part is, it’s just across the way from where we are now, so you will still enjoy the same convenient, free parking.

We will be located in the new medical building just directly south of where we are now on 82 S. 1100 E. we will be in suite 200. Please make a note of our new location as we will be moved in by March 15th. Our phone number is still the same. We think you will be very impressed with our new location.
